Eng. Musau is the Group Commercial Director. He will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, develop and grow strategic partnerships, execute the business development and commercial strategy for Adrian. He joins the company from Schneider Electric where he was the Channel Sales Director for East Africa.
He has over 19 years of strategic leadership and management experience in senior sales, operations and commercial roles across various multinational corporations operating in East, Central and West African markets. Eng. Musau worked in KONE East Africa, global leader in elevators and escalators, as the Director Business Development for new equipment, modernization, and service business. In the year 2020, he transitioned to Schneider Electric as Buildings Segment Director and later as Channel Sales Director for Eastern Africa.
Eng. Musau holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical & Process Engineering from Moi University and an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Nairobi. He is a registered Professional Engineer with Engineers Board of Kenya, EBK and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya, IEK. He has previously served as a council member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya, Association of Professional Societies of Kenya as well as representing IEK at the Kenya Private Sector, KEPSA, sector board. He is married with two children and is an aspiring dairy farmer.
