Setting Up the 4G CPE Router
Connect your device to an available AC power outlet using the included power adapter then push the black power button at the back of the router.
The device SYS LED indicator will change from Steady orange to blinking Orange if there is no SIM card or if SIM pin has not been disabled or green indicate the device has completed the startup procedure and the SIM card is ready.
Connect the device to your PC, Laptop or Phone through WIFI or ethernet patch cord (make sure your LAN port is on DHCP). Ensure that the connected PC has acquired IP address via DHCP from the device.
Launch a Web browser and specify http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar. A window will pop up requesting a password. Note the default password is “admin_4Gfwa”.
Input the user login password and then click the “LOGIN” button.
After successful log on, the default home page of the WEB GUI interface will appear.

Log in to the device using http://192.168.0.1 on your browser. Select Wi-Fi configuration on the dropdown menu. Select Wi-Fi 2.4GHz.
Edit Network Name to your preferred name then Edit Password to your preferred password then APPLY. The device will reboot. repeat the above process for the 5GHz.
Once complete, power the device off and then on using the power button at the back to confirm if the changes took effect.
Connect to device using ethernet patch cord on PC or laptop (follow procedure no. 3).
Select WIFI configuration on the dropdown menu, select the 2.4GHZ, tick the Enable radio status check box, APPLY. Repeat the process for 5GHZ.
When the router is working properly, the LEDs SYS, NET, LTE 1,2,3,4, 2.4GHZ,5GHZ should be green. Line should be off.
The 4G CPE router should only be sold to customers in areas with adequate 4G coverage. Download the APP ‘Network cell info lite’ from Google play store on your smart phone. The 4G signal strength should be below -100 with the best being around -40.
That means that the pointer should be in the green section between -100 and -50 for good LTE signal.
