Gideon Chepkwony is the Head of Finance and Supply Chain at Adrian Kenya, a leading technology and EPC solutions provider operating in the telecommunication, ICT and power sectors. He is a seasoned finance professional with 10 years post CPA experience in accounting, financial reporting and analytics, risk management, budgeting and business intelligence.
In his role, Gideon is responsible or advancing the company’s overall financial objectives by providing financial management and support to the operational teams. Partnering with the revenue divisions, he guides on financial decision making, profit maximization and strategic supplier relationships with the ultimate aim of ensuring the uninterrupted financial health of the organization.
His department houses Adrian’s finance, accounting, procurement, warehousing and logistics functions and is in-charge of working capital optimization, projects funding, internal controls, inventory management, financial risk management and overseeing company budgets.
Gideon has a master’s degree in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance option from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
