Teresia Burugu is the Corporate Affairs and Human Resources Manager at Adrian Kenya, a leading technology and EPC solutions provider operating in the telecommunication, ICT and power sectors. She is a certified HR professional with a wealth of experience in strategic HR planning and management, policy formulation and implementation, contract negotiation, capacity building and career development at the senior management level.
At Adrian, she is responsible for the development of the human capital strategy supporting the strategic direction of the company in talent, change, organizational and performance management. Teresiah also oversees talent acquisition, training and capability development, health and safety, diversity and inclusion and employee wellness.
Motivated by her desire to help people overcome challenges at a personal and corporate level, she is a is a strong advocate for both the employer and employee negotiating win-win solutions in a respectful, empathetic and efficient way to create a more satisfying work environment. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management (Moi University) and is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management in Kenya.
